idk! I just noticed now.

God help them if I accidentally cross-post something to facebook, tho

I was commenting in anon of all places. no, I don't want that shit on my facebook, are they high

And did you see [livejournal.com profile] rm's post about it just now? Apparently you can crosspost your own comments even on someone else's locked entry. Faaaabulous.

Like an hour ago or some shit. I just want to know how to turn it off.

[identity profile] seaya.livejournal.com 2010-09-01 03:19 am (UTC)(link)
It seems like the only way to turn it off is to never sign up. I can't find a straight up "remove even the option of this vile thing from my account" button. Argh.

I saw it, thought "oh cool", clicked it on, paused, thought "what the fuck am I thinking" and turned it back off.

Thank you for this post; I have now tightened my privacy settings. I rarely come on lj anymore, do most of my postings on fb -- and they are a very different type of posting (no emo). I really, really do not want _any_ of my emo stuff from lj to end up being read by my fb friends!

Oh, and what is your fb name? I would like to join you there, and do a friending ... if you are agreeable to such.

[identity profile] maevele.livejournal.com 2010-09-05 09:17 pm (UTC)(link)
my legal name. it's on my profile page here.

Thank you! I sent you a friend request. I'ld like to stay in touch, but now I do most of my writing on fb.
