Those were some fancy back flips. but no I do not believe that a homophobe is going to listen to a woman who is queer and trans and decide to bring their homophobia into the workplace because of what she said.
and she wasn't "keeping another minority down" she was calling out ppl who share the experience of being queer for their cis and male privilege. thats pretty different from you saying something transphobic.
