and I want to growl at a bunch of others. Especially on the AFP blog. I think I need to step away from the whole thing until AFP says something in her own defense, because the people defending this shit piss me off worse than the initial thing, and I shouldn't hold her asshole fans against her.

I am very disappoint in ms. palmer thus far, especially if you team this up with that other thing she did with margaret cho pretending to rape a katy perry impersonator for entertainment that made my head explode, and which email about she is too busy to respond to. I like her music, I support her artist/fan interaction/crowdsourcing model, I've defended her against allegations of being an attention freak, and I quite like her public persona and shit, but there's a line between going for edgy and going for edgy at all costs.

Yeah, having to mod and respond to comments on that thread was not something I'd wish on anyone. And I have lost my patience with some of the hardcore AFP fans who are all FEMINISM WHAT IS THAT? OMG DISABLED PPL HAVE FEELINGS? Just...ugh.

Not that I regret having written the post, because I don't, but it's just one of those things that reminds you how ridiculous people can be. Sad.
