The easiest was for people like him to excuse their own assish behavior is to point at someone else and so "she did it". It's pathetic, nearly as much as the fact that he constantly mixes up the people he gets into disagreements with, even to the point of blaming folks that weren't even in a particular conversation with him for saying stuff that someone else in fact said.
