Z took his car over to work to do the brake thing he needed to do before we can go see his grandmother, which we were supposed to do today, because she needs help going through her husband's stuff. So he gets the car up on the lift, and apparently there is something wrong with the bearings, and he can't take it on the highway until he fixes it. So we can't go til we get, you know, the money for the part, the part, and then time to fix it, so maybe next weekend.

And now both the people who said they could maybe take my kids on wednesday have officially fallen through. The plan now is to see if Z can get off work before people want to leave for the show, and then he's just going to have to stay up with them until I make it home. This is not really an acceptable plan, since he has to get up at 5:30, but it is a much better plan than missing mcr.
