The things you might want to know about me before wiscon.

How to pronounce the name: not a big deal, actually. Mah-velle is how I say it in my head, but Muh-velle, may-velle, Mav, Mayv, all good. Emphasis is on the velle. Also, I no longer hate my given name, so feel free to call me Staci or Stayce. It's all good. Also, pronouns? She at this point.

I am somewhat of a hugger, but awkward about it. also, I'm a smoker, so I try not to initiate hugs because I don't know who is bothered by the smell and who isn't. I am generally pro-affection though.

I get a little overwhelmed at points during the con, and my level of sociability varies based on it. So if it seems like I am blowing you off or not interested in talking to you, I may just be really trying to hold my shit together, or having crisis of confidence. Also, I'm still trying to sneak in enough time with my kids and husband at the con that they don't feel neglected, so I'm always chaosy the whole weekend.

I'm easiest to find on friday, when I'm on and off around the clothing swap all afternoon, so that is easiest way to find me. I will have my cell all con, so if you have my number, I am super easy to find.

I drink a lot at the con. I am not usually so drunk, or so social.
