hope today is better. were you able to sleep? I hate The Hate. I don't know if it was this way for you, but when I was younger depression was a warm gray blanket of sleep. I slept for days.
now I get The Hate or The Panic and I cannot sleep at all. I hope yours lets you sleep and that the reboot helped at least a little.
