I just called the management company for the shiny apartment of shiny awesomeness, just to like, check and make sure the applications got there alright, and were filled out right, etc. and the woman was like, "so, we started running your app, it all looks good on the credit front, we just have to hear back from the employer and landlord, we'll know by wednesday." so, basically, unless our landlord bad mouths us, in the sense of telling the truth about my late rent and messy house, we've got the shinyshiny. And hell, if he thinks we're bad, he's not going to want to tell them, he's going to want to get rid of us. so yay
