why I'm not all up in the comments

of all the threads I'm reading about Feminism and WoC, and why I'm only making a few short posts about it here;

There are already too many white women in those discussions, and I'd rather listen to WoC a bit more now. Not that I don't have opinions, not that I ain't pissed, but I have nothing of value to add, and I'd rather not drown anyone else out. But I don't want anyone to think I'm not paying some attention.

Heh.

Whereas I've considered a blog post but all I really had to say was "What the FUCK? What the FUCKING FUCK?" And really, that doesn't add much, especially as lots of people had already said it both more eloquently and with more creative profanity.

(You'd think that being called on the first cover was kind of a gift-wrapped, hand-delivered, clearly labeled CLUE, wouldn't you? The sort of clue that might make one, you know, take another look at the other illustrations. For fuck's sake.)
