Kids and I did dinner at the co-op last night, and it looks like it's the plan. We're gonna get two rooms, one for HQ, one for me and Po. It's right downtown on the lake, has porches, babies, books and cats, ad the kids really liked it. I've wanted to live in a co-op since I was like 10 and stayed with a friend at one for a couple weeks, and I think it's going to be a great lifestyle change for the kids. It'll be a ton cheaper too, once we're moved, so I'll have breathing room after I make it through this month.

I have some reservations about cohousing in general, but it sounds good so far and I know you have finely honed bullshit detectors. May it all be completely awesome.

saw on Facebook which one it is, I hope it works out, that one in my experience is the messiest and least organized co-op, so I wonder if eventually you will want to move to one of the cleaner co-ops. in my experience Ambrosia & Sofia are also very child-friendly.
