so we decided taking the kids to lollapalooza was dumbest expensive idea ever, looking like nearly 1300 bucks all told for soething he kids were meh about, just because we wanna see tool and anes and think t'd be good for their musial education.

instead, we're gonna ust do 3 day in chicago sometime this summer, and do all the fun tourist shit.

i forgot who all on my list is in chicago, but if you are ans wanna hang out when we ome down, speak up, or if you have great suggestions for cool shit to do with kids, speak up also.

I'm about an hour from Chicago and would love to hang out. My kids are 13 and 15, though Mo loves little ones.

Cool shit to do: Lincoln Park Zoo, yo. It's free. And then there's all the other museums, the aquarium, the beach--depends on your kids' interests, I guess.

i'm down here, though summer is my insanely busy time at work (and lots of singings on weekends)--so i'm more in the "i hope i can hang out" category. fun things with kids--i think that there is a children's museum at navy pier...*looks* yep!
