Date: 2010-02-27 01:20 am (UTC)Yes. Yes, you are. I have one friend who would be disappointed to hear that -- he comes a close second. But yes, you are the sweariest person I know.
That is not a criticism. :)

Date: 2010-02-27 01:53 am (UTC)Oh, and also because I'm still all fucking caught up in fucking appearances and don't swear nearly as much as I'd like to. Fucking dammit.

Date: 2010-02-28 10:36 pm (UTC)Which means you are a good example for me.
Now, I challenge you to figure out what I meant by that. (Attempting some sense of normalcy despite this time of your family's mourning, just to show that you are still you, and we are still we -- um whomever we are, anyway!)
Love, C.

Date: 2010-02-26 10:26 pm (UTC)(I used to say things like "bother." Since I moved to New York, I've moved it up to saying things like "flipping heck.")

Date: 2010-02-27 01:22 am (UTC)Also I fucking well swear a lot because shitty people used to tell me that swearing wasn't ~feminine~ and I had to tone it the fuck down.

Date: 2010-02-28 03:53 pm (UTC)Mind now, she -- by far -- was not the only person yelling and screaming then. Things got a bit hairier when the Amtrak employees left the train to go to the McDonalds which was across the track, yet refused to allow anyone else off of the train (except for a few cute white college girls). And then turned around and told us that the diner car was sold out, and they would feed us crackers until we got to Chicago (after midnight -- where they offered us more crackers).
There were so many people swearing ... that entire train takes the prize for the most swearing.
and, as for my sister ... when she took her new job working at a church, she said the hardest part of her new job was teaching herself NOT to swear while working. Before she had been at non-profits where swearing was the norm.
I don't recommend going for the prize on who swears the most ... too much of it makes it lose it's effectiveness. Just my two cents opinion.
