I think she definately has a point, and I've seen a number of protests around-- pointing and naming names or at least, naming conflicts. So she's not so alone as she thinks.

I agree with that post. It's why i stopped blogging for the most part, and why most of what I write these days is "fluff."

I will say there is a reason I made my blog a (mostly) poetry blog. And also why I hardly ever post anything at all even though I do have things I'd like to say. It'd be one thing if I could just shake off the jerkwad comments but those things echo in my head for days. Who needs that?

I'll also say that I've been on the Internet since 1995 and there was no golden age when things were better, unless it was when the only people on the network all knew each other and it wasn't really the Internet yet.
