 actually, my eye is full of fuck.   My right eye has started some sort of rebellion.  I thought I had just maybe scratched near it or something when it started hurting last night, but as of this morning I have pain, crust and maybe leakiness?   AWESOME!

Upon calming down a little, it seems more like general allergy snottiness moving up to my eye rather than some sort of seeping infection.

That sounds remarkably like the conjunctivitis/pink eye that's been plaguing Marna and going around our social circle in general. I highly recommend polysporin eye/ear-drops. Unfortunately it looks like they are yet another med that's over the counter in Canada and prescription-only in the US. I wish I'd seen this earlier, I could have sent some down with Marna. Do you maybe know any other Canadians flying down for Wiscon?
