It's his night

 to take the kids at his place overnight.   I gave some thought to, like, going out, but I'm going to stay home, read, clean, listen to music, draw and drink.   I'm torn between the urge for socialization and a night home all to myself.    But there will be plenty of weekends where he'll have the kids and I can socialize, and I think downtime is a priority for now.   Next time he takes them I'm going out HAM though, if I can find anyone to go with.   Either dancing or karaoke.  Maybe both.
