Can you get yourself to a planned parenthood to have it checked out? If it's actually being rejected, having it come halfway out isn't just uncomfrotable -- it's dangerous & can cause infections and other ick. And hey, it might not be coming out, in which case they can reassure you why the strings are poking out now.
