i installed the new new screen, and hallefrickinglujah, it works.

of course, and some point in the dissasembling i fucked up a ribbon cable for my trackpad, so im using z's mouse, and i haven't screwed the machine back together yet, but i'm back on my own eee, at least.
but i have proved i ca take apart my laptop over and over and only do minor damage!
anyone got a spare trackpad ribbon cable?

is it not supposed to? I've never dismantled a netbook beofre, so i don't know what it was supposed to have. how are they usually connected?
