Because seriously? The person your spouse cheats on you with? Is a symptom, not the cause of what is wrong in your marriage. Suing the Other Woman? Your spouse is property that some hussy stole from you, rather than an autonomous person who chose to betray you? are you high??

Actually, I'm probably in the minority with thinking that if you know that there would be financial consequences to hooking up with someone who was in a relationship with someone else, regardless of the state of said relationship, maybe some people would think twice about participating.

(and that said, I hope the lady in question gets all she can from her ex).

But I'm vengeful like that.
