Thanks for this. We just bought a goddamn bottle of the recalled Children's Motrin, like, yesterday. (Because the store was out of the chewables and Kiera said, "oh, hey, bubblegum flavor! maybe that will be less disgusting!" She has a pulled muscle or something and has been complaining about leg pain, hence the drugging of my child.)

It doesn't taste any less disgusting, FTR. I've offered to let her try swallowing one adult tablet, since she takes 200 mg now, but she says the thought of trying to swallow something without chewing sounds scary.

I'm actually grateful I only buy the generic these days. HQ swallowed his first real pill last week, and it took 7 tries.
