okay, I fucking swear to god I can make good cookies. but somehow I fucked up a whole batch of dough last week, meaning five dozen cookies that tasted like ass. and today I have 6 cookies out of 5 dozen so far that came out baked right. The rest are sticking, or falling apart, or burnt or underdone.
Apparently the pressure of making cookies I have already been paid for fucks up my baking mojo.
So, people who I owe cookies to, I swear, there will be cookies, and they will be yummy. just not apparently today. I'm going to make another batch of dough tonight, maybe a smaller batch, and see if I can figure out what's going so very very wrong.
