Pretty much fell in wuv with the duplex I just saw, the one managed by an old friend. It's big, and well kept, and not in a shit location, and it's near a Y, and the basement is all semi finished, and divided nicely, so part can be for Z's music crap, part for laundry, and part as a little rec room/gaming area! and the yard is all big and naturey, and backs onto a greenway, and you can follow the culvert along the greenway to the park without having to cross any streets and it has a bigass deck, and the dining room is big as some people's living rooms, and there's little shelves and drawers and shit built in wherever they could, and a little raised garden space at the edge of the property, and there's a big new stainless steel fridge, and sliding doors, and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH I WANT.

So, as soon as Z gets home, we're turning in our applications and showing him the place. along with her big ass, yes we are serious money of 500 dollars.

If we get this place, all the bullshit has been not just worth it, but necessary, because the universe was trying to make sure I didn't take some substandard place before this one turned up.

and I told her we have pretty crap credit, and she was like, well, we don't base it all on credit, so long as your income and references are good, that can make up for bad credit. So I think we can get this really fucking wonderful, just what we need place.
