Date: 2010-08-17 08:27 pm (UTC)Not even directly, it's just I was really into his work in my formative years, like obsessive re-reads of certain ones, including mostly his most fucked up on gender ones, before I could see what was wrong with most of it, and for better or worse that's been a HUGE influence on how I see the world, and yeah, going back and reading his stuff I'm like AAAAAAAA! and I need to sit down with an hour and bash out some shit.
