if you were looking for fanfic based on a song, where would you look? there has to be at least one story based on the action in Passenger by deftones. or I may have to write it.

If you're looking for it in a particular fandom, many fandoms have storyfinder comms where you can ask if anyone knows of a fic. Otherwise, searching the main fanfic sites for something like "songfic deftones" plus any other modifiers you can think of might turn something up. Worth a try, anyway.

see, i doubt deftones has a fandom, like with fic, but this song is a slashfic on it's own.

Ah, I'm not familiar with the song. You might also look for bandom forums and comms and ask around there. I'm not into bandom, so I don't know where they might be, but I'm sure there are bandom folks on DW and LJ who could point you in the right direction.

that got me something closer to what I want, but it really appears no one has written the fic for the two singers, only used it as the base for fic for others characters, which does not suck, if only it were not bam margera.

If you can't find any, you could suggest it for Yuletide--I've seen several fic requests based on individual songs...
