I wish I could set up an alert to tell me if my name got mentioned in sfd anon.    Because I love reading people talking shit about me, seriously, but don't want to weed through anon to find the rare time anyone notices me.   

Considering setting up a separate tumblr for, like, real discussion, issues, etc, to keep the serious stuff off my dash when I am there for the fluffy bandom shit.   I want to keep up with certain sj blogs there,  but usually I use tumblr for my squee fix.   I don't think it's optimal for deeper discussion,  but I still see important discussions happening.

Do you mean like a Google Alert? It's a Google search that Google saves, runs every once in a while, and emails any new results to you.
