have I mentioned the squalor? right, so my landlord is coming over for inspection tomorrow. I'm behind on paid work, have to pull 40 hours of cleaning in the next 24, and am freaking out. Freaking out hard. Tempted to just leave the place trashed and hope we get asked to move out.

Inspections give me panic attacks no matter how much cleaning I have to do. I do know the "40 hours of cleaning in 24 hours" pain, oh yes I do.

I never remembered landlords being allowed, or if so, demanding to do that when I lived in Madison. WTF?

It's officially like, a "maintenance check" but it's basically a chance to make sure we're not trashing the place. Which is totally a border call. It's allowed, she gave notice, etc. It's just piss poor timing.

it just sucks. I hate people in my house. especially people with any authority.

Last time I had an inspection we all dropped speed. I don't remember much except washing the dustpan at the end, passing the inspection with flying colors, and crashing for days. Not recommended.

I do hear that. People in my space is a violation. I can't relax or function until they're out.

Earlier I was all, "hell yeah I can do this, someone just get me some cocaine." then I remembered I don't do drugs like that anymore. This house would be fricking spotless though
