in response to my asking about childcare at other cons, by which i meant local cons, i find out thinkgalacticon has childcare and is like, omgz, the con i most would fucking go to if i could come up with "away-con" type money. Now i gotta come up with enough monies to get to chicago and put me and the kids (and hopefully hubby) up for the weekend.
I can't even crunch the numbers right now, but, damnit it's probably not gonna happen.
