Most webcomics I have bookmarked are rather... sad. So I'm afraid I'm not much of help, there. (Pearls Before Swine is not sad, but the strips are hit-and-miss. Though I'll never forget Annie May, the sea anemone enemy. :D) I also love this page from 2D Goggles, and this one from Three Panel Soul.
Oh Dinosaur comics! I forgot that one. Yes, is good webcomic. My partner is depressive, and he reads it when he's in not-good places. It usually gets a chuckle.
Also, it taught me that the phrase "hards-on" is grammatically correct, which is beautiful and amazing.
