okay, this sucks, but I have no other way to contact you to let you know what is going on. we finally made arrangements for your dads body, he is being cremated by ryan funeral home around thanksgiving, they agreed to do it for what money we could scrape up.

I am not going to sugar coat this, this all would have gon...e a lot quicker and easier if you had stayed in touch and let us know what was going on when we thought you were taking care of it and things started going wrong with the funeral home. As it is, my mom and Sharon wound up carrying a lot of this, both financially and emotionally, and it really would have happened months ago if you had kept us in the loop, so we could have helped but it is done now.

Gah, I'm possibly too late for this... but fwiw, your email doesn't appear bitter or passive-aggressive to me. You're not being insulting, and you're also saying that it's over now but that it could have gone better and what the mistake was. So it sounds sensible to me. But of course I do not know how your cousin will take it or how I'd react if I was in her situation -- I never had to deal with something like this. Let's hope she won't be upset.
