The apartment people never got the fax from Z's work, so have not finished our app. And they want a letter or receipt from our landlord confirming we are paid up, so I have to call the dang landlord, work out when our lease is in fact paid up, freak out because I'm short this paychecks rent, confirm that yes, we're moving out since he never sent a renewal, accept the fact he's gonna want to start showing the place asap, and get him to put in writing that we're not deadbeats. and my landlord is really high on my list of people who give me anxiety, because I am a bad tenant.


but now I have to suck it up hard and call him. I am shaking like a motherfuck. And Z was all "just call, he's not going to yell at you" as though reasoning with my anxiety works.
