I guess my friend's lung was still actively fucked up, he was in surgery for part of today trying to close his lung back up? IDK, he's on a morphine drip now so was kinda vague. I'm gonna go up and see him tomorrow night.

Really hope he now gets the seriousness of this & will not softball his account at any trial. If she gets out on bail, will he have some kind of order of protection?

yeah, there's already a restraining order, and honestly I think even if he totally tries to play it own in court, they have enough information to convict her ass.

I don't think she'd bother with me at this point, with how pissed she must be at everyone closer to this shit than I am, but I'm back on alert. We'll be informed when she's released an I can step up my alert then. I'm worried about his kid on general principle though.
