The way he's treating you is not okay, and while it could theoretically get worse it's already pretty fucking bad. He is deliberately trying to ruin your life. I think you need legal recourse to make him give you money at least. I found a couple of pro bono/cheaper links for you.

I have some concern that once it goes to court he's going to try to prove I am not fit to have either kid, and he'd have a pretty good chance of gettig away with it, since I am broke, documented as crazy, and he now has enough people believing his bullshit that he could pull up character witnesses who would swear I was fucking around on him. He's already got HQ at his place full time now, and even if he doesn't try to take po he may try to say that since he has one of the kids he shouldn't have to pay me anything.

Still, I may as well lawyer up before it gets any uglier to protect myself.

He may try. But you have a job (so not totally unstable), Po is happy, and mothers often have the advantage. You have character witnesses too.

yeah, but I have a very part time freelance job that could go Poof at any minute, and which has me barely squeaking by at the best possible projection. And he's going to use C against me in court, and NO ONE in the world believes we didn't start fucking until after the breakup, and from all outside views I just moved C in with me and my kids within months of the breakup. So that looks bad. And is not exactly what happened.
But the best thing I can do is to start defending myself legally while he is still pulling this subtle shit.
